Client order blocked by product issue

In this article, we explain how to resolve errors that prevent you from ending a client order.

You may not be able to end a client order if a booking is using products that are not on the selected rate sheet. This causes error 'Products are already in use on the service user roster that are not included in the selected rate sheet.' and stops the order from being closed.

This means one or more bookings on the roster use a product that doesn't match the rate sheet on the client order.

To fix the booking causing the error, follow these steps:

  1. Click Client.

  2. Click on the client.

  3. Click Roster.

  4. Go to the week with the requirement that has the wrong product.

  5. Click on the requirement, then click Edit.

  6. Click Product and choose the appropriate option from the drop‑down list.

  7. Click Save Changes.
