You may see this pop‑up error message when attempting to end a staff contract: 'You cannot remove Staff products from this contract that are in use by bookings on the rosters.'
This occurs when one or more bookings still use products linked to the contract you're trying to end. To resolve the error, update the bookings to use the correct products.
To correct the booking causing the error, follow these steps:
Click Staff.
Click on the correct staff member.
Click Roster.
Go to the week that contains bookings with incorrect products.
Click Edit and then update each incorrect booking.
Click Product, then choose appropriately from the drop‑down list.
Click Save Changes.
After all affected bookings have been updated, you can end the staff contract without the error appearing.
