Insufficient travel time report

In this article, we explain how to configure the insufficient travel time report email.

The insufficient travel time report highlights bookings where there isn’t enough time allocated between visits. This report is sent by email to a selected messaging group, helping teams identify and address scheduling issues before they impact care delivery.

To run the insufficient travel time report, follow these steps:

⚠️ Important: To follow the steps you must have the correct permissions to configure this setting.

  1. Click Setup.

  2. Click System.

  3. Click Travel time expenses.

  4. Navigate to Background travel time generator.

  5. Select or clear the Enable future travel time generator checkbox as required.

  6. Select the messaging group to notify when insufficient travel time is found.

  7. Click Save changes.
