Sometimes staff need to be paid for the time they spend going from one place to another. When you add travel time to a staff contract, you make sure their pay is right and easy to track.
To include travel time in payroll calculations, follow these steps:
Click Staff.
Click on the staff member you want to update.
Click Contract.
Click Finance.
Select the Include travel time in payroll calculations checkbox.
Click Save Changes.
Add a travel rate sheet to a staff contract
To add a travel rate sheet to a staff contract, follow these steps:
Click Staff.
Click on the staff member you want to update.
Click Contract.
Click Rate sheets.
Click the change button next to Travel time pay rate sheet.
Choose the rate sheet from the pop‑up.
Click Select.
Click Save Changes.
