Run an alert manager export

The alert manager export allows you to extract a report of alerts based on selected criteria, such as date range, staff, or client. This can be used to review triggered alerts, track actions taken, and view notes added during the alert resolution process. Exports can be emailed or downloaded for reporting and audit purposes.

To run the alert manager export, follow these steps:

⚠️ Important: To follow the steps you must have the correct permissions to use Alert Manager exports. These permissions are controlled through group permissions.

  1. Click Alert Manager.

  2. Choose the required date range.

  3. Select any staff or client as required.

  4. Click Export.

  5. Choose Email or Download as zip.

  6. Enter a password if required.

  7. Click Export to run the report.
