Generate a general export

In this article, we explain how to create an export with client or staff name, address, phone numbers, email and payroll number details.

A general export lets you pull key details for clients or staff, including name, address, phone numbers, email, and payroll number. The export can be sent by email or downloaded as a zip file.

To generate a client or staff general export

  1. Click Client or Staff.

  2. Click on the client or staff member from the list.

  3. Click Reports.

  4. Choose the required client or staff selection.

  5. Select the General radio button.

  6. Click Export data.

  7. Choose an email address to send the report to, or download it as a zip file.

  8. Click Export.
