Enable and run the NMW report

You can give users access to the National Minimum Wage (NMW) report and run the report from the staff record.

Enable a user to access the NMW report

To enable a user to access the report, follow these steps:

  1. Click Setup.

  2. Click Users from the drop‑down menu.

  3. Click on the user account.

  4. Click User system permissions.

  5. Select the User can run NMW report and export checkbox.

  6. Click Save changes.

  7. Log the user out and back in.


Run the NMW report

To run the NMW report from the staff record, follow these steps:

  1. Click Staff.

  2. Click on the staff member.

  3. Click Reports.

  4. Choose National Minimum Wage (by period).

  5. Set the date range.

  6. Click Generate report.
