Run a custom report or export

In this article, we explain how to run a custom report or export.

A bespoke or custom report or export lets you pull data in a way that fits your own needs. It’s quick to set up and run, and you can choose the exact module and record you want to work with.

To run a custom report or export, follow these steps:

  1. Click Client, Staff, Customer, Supplier, or Global.

  2. Click the first record on the left, or pick the record you need.

  3. Click Reports.

  4. Select the User Defined radio button.

  5. Select the applicable report or export options.

  6. Click Select.

  7. Choose the report or export you want to run.

  8. Click Select again to confirm.

  9. Click Generate Report for a report, or Export Data for an export.
