Use a saved search on the Daily screen

In this article, we explain how to run a saved search on the Daily screen and what’s required for it to display results.

Saved searches on the Daily screen help you quickly filter and view relevant information without rebuilding the same search each time. You might use saved searches to review specific staff, suppliers, clients, or client groups on a daily basis. If a saved search doesn’t run correctly, it’s often because a required selection is missing.

To run a saved search on the Daily screen, follow these steps:

  1. Click Daily.

  2. In the Daily pop-up, click Saved searches.

  3. Choose a Saved Search for staff or supplier.

  4. Choose a Saved Search for client or client groups.

    📌 Note: You must choose both a staff or supplier saved search and a client or client groups saved search for results to display.

  5. Click Search.
