Access Care Rostering

The API key is used for integrations, and web services access must be enabled on a user account to allow this.

To enable Webservices for a user, follow these steps:

Click Users from the setup menu options.

Under Access to modules, select the Web Services checkbox.

1. Click Setup.
2. Click Users from the setup menu options.
3. Click on a standard user account.
4. Click User System Permissions.
5. Under Access to modules, select the Web Services checkbox.
6. Click Save Changes.

You must have access to the Webservices module to see this option in the Setup menu.

⚠️ Warning: Do not change the API key if you have existing integrations, as this can cause issues.
