Invoicing permissions control which users are allowed to view, create, and manage invoices within the system. You may need to enable invoicing access when onboarding a new team member, changing someone’s responsibilities, or troubleshooting a user who cannot run or modify invoices as expected. For example, a finance user may need full invoicing access, while a support user may only need permission to view invoices.
To enable invoicing permissions, follow these steps:
⚠️ Important: To follow the steps you must have the invoicing permissions yourself.
Click Setup.
Click Groups.
Select the relevant Permissions group assigned to the user.
Within Privilege category, click Invoicing
Under the Detail row, select View, Modify, and Create as required.
