Access Care Rostering

Use this option when a user needs to book staff even if the booking clashes with another one. Turning this on lets the user override clash warnings when required.

To enable clashing bookings for a user, follow these steps: 

Select the User can create clashing bookings checkbox.

1. Click Setup.
2. Click Users.
3. Click on the correct user account.
4. Click User booking options.
5. Select the User can create clashing bookings checkbox.
6. Click Save changes.
