Update real times

In this article, we explain how to reconcile a timesheet if check in and out times are incorrect.

If staff check in or out of the wrong call, or if check‑in and check‑out times are incorrect, you can update the real times to correct and reconcile the timesheet.

To update real times on a call, follow these steps:

  1. Click Reconciliation.

  2. Enter the Date From and Date To to find the call.

  3. Click Refresh.

  4. Click on the call.

  5. Click Update Real.

  6. Enter the correct Date and Time.

  7. Select the correct Variation option.

  8. Add a note.

  9. Choose to Verify for Invoice or Payroll.

  10. Click Save Changes.
