Allow timesheet verification permission

In this article, we explain how to allow a user account to verify timesheets for invoicing and payroll.

Users must have the correct permissions to verify timesheets before they can be used for invoicing or payroll. If a user is unable to verify a timesheet, it’s usually because the required verification permissions haven’t been enabled on their account. Updating these settings ensures timesheets can be approved without errors.

To allow timesheet verification permission for a user, follow these steps:

  1. Click Setup.

  2. Click Users.

  3. Click on the required user.

  4. Click User system permissions.

  5. In Timesheet settings, select the Verify timesheets for invoice checkbox.

  6. In Timesheet settings, select the Verify timesheets for payroll checkbox.

  7. Click Save changes.
