New address for client or staff record

In this article, we explain how to update or add an address to a client or staff record.

Keeping address details up to date helps with travel planning and map accuracy. Addresses can be added or updated on both client and staff records using the postcode search.

Add an address to a client record

To add an address to a client record, follow these steps:

  1. Click Client.

  2. Click on the client record.

  3. Enter the postcode.

  4. Choose the correct address from the drop-down list.

  5. Click Save Changes.

To add an address to a staff record, follow these steps:

  1. Click Staff.

  2. Click on the staff record.

  3. Enter the postcode.

  4. Choose the correct address from the drop-down list.

  5. Click Save Changes.


Address and map accuracy

Webroster uses route data from Open Maps to work out travel.
