Upload a staff or client photo

In this article, we explain how to upload a photo to a staff or client profile and what to do if the image displays in landscape orientation.

Staff and client profile photos help with identification and record accuracy. Photos can be uploaded directly to the profile details for both staff and clients. In some cases, images may appear in landscape orientation if they’re too large, which can be resolved by cropping the image before re-uploading.

Upload a photo for a staff member

To upload a photo for a staff member, follow these steps:

  1. Click Staff.

  2. Click on the required staff member.

  3. Click Details.

  4. Click the Picture button to the right of the Title field.

  5. In the picture pop-up, click Upload.

  6. Click Choose file.

  7. Choose a JPG image.

  8. Click Open.

  9. Select the I grant Webroster permission to use this image checkbox.

  10. Click Submit.


Upload a photo for a client

To upload a photo for a client, follow these steps:

  1. Click Client.

  2. Click on the required client.

  3. Click Details.

  4. Click the Picture button to the right of the Title field.

  5. In the picture pop-up, click Upload.

  6. Click Choose file.

  7. Choose a JPG image.

  8. Click Open.

  9. Select the I grant Webroster permission to use this image checkbox.

  10. Click Submit.
