A workplan can be updated in two ways: through Bulk Update or directly through a client’s requirements. Both routes let you change the workplan name and description, but you’ll need the right permission to use the Manage Workplans buttons. Any change you make to a workplan name will update it everywhere it’s used.
Edit workplans using Bulk Update
To edit workplans using Bulk Update, follow these steps:
Click Client.
Click on the client.
Click Roster.
Click Bulk Update.
Click Manage Workplans.
Click the edit icon next to the workplan.
Edit the workplan name and description as needed.
To save the row, click the tick icon.
Click Save Changes.
Edit workplans through requirements
To edit workplans through requirements, follow these steps:
Click Client.
Click on the client.
Click Roster.
Click on the requirement.
Click Manage Workplans.
Click the edit icon next to the workplan.
Edit the workplan name and description as needed.
To save the row, click the tick icon.
Click Save Changes.
