Set up dynamic extras

In this article, we explain how to set up dynamic extras so client extras are shared correctly with Access Care Planning.

Use dynamic extras to send client extra data from Webroster to Access Care Planning. Setting this up helps keep client details in sync between the two systems.

To set up dynamic extras, follow these steps:

  1. Click Setup.

  2. Click Configuration.

  3. Under Dynamic extras defined in both ACP and AWR, click Add.

  4. Enter the ACP client extras name.

  5. Enter the matching Client extra.

  6. Click the tick icon to confirm.

  7. Click Save changes.
