A client service plan is a template that stores the client’s ongoing needs, agreed fixed costs, and any preferred staff. When a preferred staff member meets all booking criteria, they’ll also be allocated on the working roster.
Access service plans
To access service plans, follow these steps:
Click Client.
Click on the client’s name.
Click Roster.
Click Service plan to create a new plan.
Create a new service plan
To create a new service plan, follow these steps:
Click New plan.
Enter a plan reference.
📌 Note: The plan reference must be unique across all clients.
Enter the Date from and Date to. Defaults run from today to the system end date.
Enter any agreed costs (total cost for the plan).
Click Save changes.
After saving, the plan reference appears in the service plan drop‑down list.
Additional actions
There are a few additional actions you can take depending on your needs. Follow the steps below for deleting a service plan, adding new requirements to a service plan, and duplicating a plan:
Delete: Click Delete in the top‑right to remove the selected service plan.
New: Click New to add new requirements to the plan.
Duplicate: Click Duplicate to create a new plan based on the current one.
