Set staff contract hour and pay limits

You can set limits on hours and earnings in a staff contract. These settings give a clear guide when booking staff and running payroll.

Add minimum and maximum hours

To add minimum and maximum hours to a staff contract, follow these steps:

📌 Note: This doesn't stop a staff member from being booked. It only gives a visual guide when booking them to a visit.

  1. Click Staff.

  2. Click on the staff member.

  3. Click Contracts.

  4. Click Finance.

  5. Under Hours per week, enter values in the Minimum and Maximum fields.

  6. Click Save.


Add minimum and maximum earnings

To add minimum and maximum earnings to a staff contract, follow these steps:

📌 Note: These limits apply per payroll run, as no time frame is set.

  1. Click Staff.

  2. Click on the staff member.

  3. Click Contracts.

  4. Click Finance.

  5. Under Earnings, enter the monetary values in the Minimum and Maximum fields.

  6. Click Save.
