Rate bands let you override an hourly rate with a set banded rate. This is useful when rates change based on time, day, or other rules.
To add a rate band to a product, follow these steps:
Click Setup.
Click Rate sheets.
Click on the rate sheet you want to edit.
Edit the required Product line.
Click Change Rate Band.
Choose the correct Rate band from the drop‑down list.
Click Use This Rate Band.
Click the confirmation tick next to the product.
Click Save.
