If a product is charging the wrong amount on an invoice, you can update the rate or minimum value directly on the charge rate sheet.
To correct the product's charge rate or minimum value, follow these steps:
Click Setup.
Click Rate sheets.
Click the charge rate sheet you want to update.
Find the product in the list, then click the edit icon on the left.
Update the Rate or Minimum value columns.
Click the tick icon to confirm the row.
Click Save changes.
📌 Note: If the product also uses rate banding, you may need to update the banding values as well.
