Calculating holiday pay ensures staff are paid accurately based on their holiday entitlement and scheme.
To calculate staff holiday pay, follow these steps:
⚠️ Important: The staff member must have a holiday scheme assigned before you can calculate holiday pay.
Click Staff.
Click on the staff member.
Click Absence.
Click on the holiday in the calendar.
Click Edit.
In the holiday section, enter the number of days or hours in the corresponding boxes.
Click Calculate pay.
