Exporting a list of staff members helps with reporting, audits, and sharing information with payroll or management teams. You might need this when reviewing current staffing levels, checking inactive staff, or preparing data for external systems such as Excel.
Export a list of active staff members
To export a list of active staff members to Excel, follow these steps:
Click Staff.
Click on any staff member.
Click Report.
Under Staff Selection, click List to include all search results.
Click General.
Click Export Data.
Enter your email address if it’s not already populated.
Click Export.
The system sends the export to your email address.
Export a list of inactive staff members
To export inactive staff members, follow these steps:
Click Staff.
Use the search bar at the top to continue.
Clear the Active checkbox.
Select the Inactive checkbox.
Click any staff member in the results list.
Click Report.
Under Staff Selection, click List to include all results.
Click General.
Click Export Data.
Enter your email address if it’s not already filled in.
Click Export.
The system emails the Excel file to you once the export completes.
