Sentinel monitoring is used for electronic call monitoring (ECM) to track and record care visits. In some scenarios, monitoring may no longer be required for a client, such as when ECM is no longer in use, the client moves to a different system, or monitoring is managed externally (for example, via CM2000). Removing sentinel monitoring ensures the system doesn't attempt to record or process ECM data unnecessarily.
Follow these steps to disable sentinel monitoring for a client:
Click Client.
Click on the client.
Click Details, then click ECM.
Select the None checkbox.
Click Save changes.
