Use a client group event requirement when several staff attend the same event, but clients should only be charged once. This works well for group activities, outings, or shared sessions where staffing is shared across clients but billing stays simple.

Event timesheets are created as client-only and staff-only timesheets.
These show under the Client and Staff timesheet tabs, not the Client group timesheet tab.
To create an event requirement for a client group, follow these steps:
Click Client group.
Click on the client.
Click Roster.
Click New to create a new requirement.
Click Details, then select the Event checkbox.
Select the Group requirement order.
If a clientâs own order is selected under active clients, the system uses this for timesheets and invoicing.
Select the Product sold for the event.
Enter the number of staff needed.
Enter Time from and Time to, or select a Shift if one is set up.
Enter the every n weeks value (for example,
1= every week,2= fortnightly).Set the days of the week and the starting week.
Add breaks, expenses, tasks, and notes as needed.
Choose This week only, This week onwards, or From this week until.
Click Attendees.
Click Edit next to each client, then choose Yes or No to show attendance.
Enter the time from and time to for each client.
Click the tick icon next to the client name.
Click Save changes.
