If a user is unable to log in because their previous session is still active, you can end the session manually in two different ways.
⚠️ Important: To follow the steps, you must be a Super User.
Log a user out
To log a user out, follow these steps:
Click Setup.
Click View details under the list of currently logged‑in users.
Select Force logout next to the user you want to remove.
📌 Note: If the user still can’t log in, try the alternative method.
Alternative method
To force logout using the alternative method, follow these steps:
Click the Webroster.net logo.
Click X beneath Setup.
Click Available licences.
Click Force logout next to the user.
