A standard user account password can be reset from the Users area in Setup. You must have the right permission to change user accounts. Once updated, the user will be able to log in with their new password.
To reset a standard user password, follow these steps:
Click Setup.
Click Users from the drop‑down.
Click the user’s name.
Click User Options.
Enter a new password.
Confirm the password.
Click Save Changes.
